Wow, I just stumbled upon your site and think I will be spending alot of time there.
Like you, I have been a Genesis/Peter Gabriel fanatic since 1975 when I was 14.
I have seen every show coming through the Philadelphia area since 1980 when I was blown away with Gabriel's Plays China tour.
That show opened with the intoxicating drum line beginning "Intruder" as the band, shaved, white, pushing and flashing rolling stage lights, mechanically creeped down the aisles before jumping up on stage.
It may not be far-fetched to say that show changed me on a molecular level!
Years later a friend got me backstage to meet Peter before one of the "So" shows in Philly.
He was completely charming, humble, and soooo tall.
Getting to meet him is a nervous moment I'll always remember.
Now in my 50s, I am still drawn to all things Gabriel and look forward to exploring aspects of LLDOB on your website. Thanks for doing all this great work.
Also, if you haven't already, check out Space.com.
As you probably know, Gabriel and fam are traveling this year on an extended vacation/adventure.
They recently chatted up astronauts on the space station, and the video is posted.
Peter's eldest son looks eerily like Peter did at around age 27, when he first began performing solo.
Plus, it was just cool watching this shy family together.
Thanks again-
Michelle
